Are there age restrictions for attending events at Clarendon Ballroom?
Internal, public events at Clarendon Ballroom are typically 21+ with some exceptions. Rentals and Private events, however, are open to all ages.
What kind of music and DJs perform at Clarendon Ballroom?
Calrendon Ballroom usually plays House, Country, Pop, and R&B music. But the options range to the full scale of music selection.
Is Clarendon Ballroom open to the public or only for private events?
Clarendon Ballroom is open to any events, private rental or public performances. However, it is exclusively reserved for private events from Mondays to Wednesdays.

What Types of events can I host at Clarendon Ballroom?
At Clarendon Ballroom, you can host Corporate Events/Conferences, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Children’s Parties, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Party, Dance Performances and competitions, Live Entertainment, Comedy Shows, and any other fun event your heart can imagine.
How far in advance should I book my private event at Clarendon Ballroom?
Our team is well-equipped to set up an event up to 7 days before (pending availability). But can turn around smaller parties in a matter of 2 to 5 days. For larger events, we typically like to plan at least 2 months out.
What services and equipment are included in the event rental?
For your private events, Clarendon Ballroom can bring you AV, Lighting, Security, Serviceware, access to house furniture (not including what needs to be rented), Floor set up and Tear down.
Do you offer packages for weddings or corporate events?
We do offer packages for Corporate events and weddings! Each package given depends on numerous factors such as date, length, and guest count.
What’s included in a VIP table reservation at the ballroom?
VIP Table at Clarendon Ballroom include: sectioned off table, expedited entry and a VIP Server.
ROOFTOP AND HAPPY HOUR
Is Clarendon rooftop available for private bookings or walk-ins only?
The rooftop is open to everyone from Wednesday to Sunday. However, Mondays and Tuesdays are reserved exclusively for private events.
What is the maximum capacity for rooftop events at the ballroom?
For Rooftop events, the place can hold up to 250 to 275 guests.
Is Clarendon Ballroom's Rooftop open in winter?
Yes, Clarendon Ballroom’s Rooftop is open during winter days.
Are there heaters on Clarendon Ballroom Rooftop during winter?
During winter, Clarendon Ballroom Rooftop will have both heaters and coverings. The Deck will be open and featuring a Ski Chalet.
