What Types of events can I host at Clarendon Ballroom?
At Clarendon Ballroom, you can host Corporate Events/Conferences, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Children’s Parties, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Party, Dance Performances and competitions, Live Entertainment, Comedy Shows, and any other fun event your heart can imagine.
How far in advance should I book my private event at Clarendon Ballroom?
Our team is well-equipped to set up an event up to 7 days before (pending availability). But can turn around smaller parties in a matter of 2 to 5 days. For larger events, we typically like to plan at least 2 months out.
What services and equipment are included in the event rental?
For your private events, Clarendon Ballroom can bring you AV, Lighting, Security, Serviceware, access to house furniture (not including what needs to be rented), Floor set up and Tear down.
Do you offer packages for weddings or corporate events?
We do offer packages for Corporate events and weddings! Each package given depends on numerous factors such as date, length, and guest count.
What’s included in a VIP table reservation at the ballroom?
VIP Table at Clarendon Ballroom include: sectioned off table, expedited entry and a VIP Server.
